Our client are looking for a customer-focussed candidate to be the first point of contact on their Reception desk in Annesley.
Receptionist: The Role
  • Manage all incoming calls & enquiries to the business
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the business, record arrival using a digital system, issue passes and ensure all visitors are met and accompanied by their host
  • Organise catering for visitors
  • Process outgoing mail on a daily basis
  • Maintain a clean an organised reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms' bookings
  • Ensure that facilities are prepared and equipment is available for all meetings
  • Raise purchase orders in line with company policy for IT procurement + other requirements
  • Seek supplier's costs and commercial terms for low to medium value goods and services
  • Work closely with our Facilities Provider to assist with building maintenance requirements
  • Provide various administrative support to the business
Receptionist: The Candidate 
  • Previous Reception/Front of House experience
  • Have a friendly, positive and professional manner
  • Have strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
  • Be reliable and have a good attitude toward work
  • Proficient IT skills and experience using Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Attention to detail
