Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for a leading global company in Nottingham who are going through a period of growth. You will join the Customer Services team as the primary contact for their customers, with the aim of delivering the highest level of service.

Customer Service Coordinator - The Role:
  • Manage end to end customer service experience
  • Check and record customer interaction with the tools provided
  • Collation of monthly reporting statistics
  • Effective use of company IT tools
  • Taking ownership of operational customer issues through to resolution
  • Working within agreed escalation process for service issues
  • Building strong working relationships with customers and internal departments
Customer Service Coordinator - The Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar office based role.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Proven customer services experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills
  • Good organisation/planning skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
