Job Description

Our client, based in Nottingham, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team due to the continued expansion of their customer base. This role is essential to help ensure the customer service team runs smoothly, dealing with customer accounts via telephone and email as well as providing administrative support.

£22,000 depending on experience.

Customer Service Administrator – The Role:
  • Work with a specific customer group and provide a great level of customer service.
  • Liaise with customers on the phone and email to organise visits to sites.
  • Master the database and scheduler tool to manage workloads.
  • Be responsible for ordering parts and equipment for works to be carried out.
  • Process calls generated and process invoices to the relevant customers.
  • Work as one team in supporting your colleagues.
Customer Service Administrator – The Candidate:
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience of using Microsoft office.
  • Experience of using a database (desirable).
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
