Job Description

Our Castle Donington based client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. You will be working in a small team, building relationships with their customer base and processing orders. Previous office experience is not required but candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be IT literate.

Monday to Friday
£22,500 
  
Customer Service Administrator – The Role:
  • Processing orders accurately onto the system in a timely manner.
  • Building relationships with their customer base over email and phone. 
  • Handling enquiries and any complaints in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Working in a fast- paced environment.
  • Accurately recording and updating information on the CRM system.
