Job Description

Our client, based in the NG2 area of Nottingham, are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join their friendly team. You will provide administrative support to their clients to ensure they receive a “best in class service”, mainly via online portals but also via email and telephone. You'll coordinate with various departments to provide a seamless service as well as supporting engineers to carry out their jobs effectively. 

Permanent role.
£24,000 starting salary.
Monday to Friday (no weekends).

Administrator – The Role:
  • Deal with customer queries efficiently in a professional manner ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at every interaction.
  • Log jobs and raise engineer call outs
  • Liaising with engineers regarding their work and assist as required
  • Arrange hotel, train and ferry bookings for engineers and managers
  • Actively seek feedback from customers through the use of customer satisfaction surveys 
  • Ensure email inboxes are monitored daily to provide same day responses
Administrator – The Candidate:
  • Experience in an office environment is essential
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience of using Microsoft office and inhouse systems
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
