Kirkland Associates are currently working with a fantastic client in Nottingham who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them. This is a full time permanent role joining our clients Sales team. Salary and career progression is available to all candidates.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday

Salary: £19,000-£20,000

Customer Service Administrator- The Role:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Solving customer queries and providing an efficient solution
  • Liaise with colleagues to make sure the sales department runs effectively
  • Prepare for sales team meetings 
  • General administrative work to ensure the smooth running of the department
Customer Service Administrator- The Candidate
  • No sales experience needed 
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • Can work in a fast paced environment
