Job Description

My client who are a prestigious law firm, have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary to join their busy team in Leicester. This friendly team is looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills who can support them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way.

Legal Secretary Key Duties will include:
  • Transcribing and proof reading letters, emails and other correspondence
  • Scanning, paginating and photocopying
  • File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters
  • Providing general administration support to the team
Legal Secretary We are looking for a candidate with:
  • Previous Legal Secretarial experience is desirable 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A good eye for detail
  • Good organisation and time management abilities
  • Excellent team player
  • Great typing skills
  • Motivated with a strong commitment to learning
