Job Description
Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to join a forward-thinking and supportive law firm? We’re working on behalf of a client-focused law firm seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy team in Northampton.Whether you’re a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal, if you can confidently manage your own caseload from instruction to completion – we want to hear from you.
Salary DOE.
Conveyancer – The Role
- Run your own caseload of residential property files (freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, etc.)
- Provide expert legal advice and maintain regular client contact
- Liaise with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensure all transactions meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a high-performing, client-focused service
- Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in using case management systems
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer – or experienced Paralegal (qualification not essential if experience is strong)
