Location: Home-based, with travel across the UK
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 base salary + commission

The Role:
  
We are looking for a driven and proactive Medical Sales Representative to join a rapidly growing team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and establish the medical market from scratch. You will be responsible for driving sales within the medical sector, targeting healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and dietitians, within both hospital and private healthcare settings.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the UK market for medical devices, specifically targeting the healthcare industry (doctors, nurses, dietitians, etc.).
  • Drive new business through cold calls and emails to secure appointments, with a target of 3 appointments per week.
  • Conduct face-to-face or virtual sales presentations, demonstrating the products and technology to medical professionals and healthcare providers.
  • Receive on-the-job training by shadowing team members, attending product training webinars, and learning about the devices and their applications.
  • Attend relevant conferences (local, national, large, or small) to promote products and build professional networks.
  • Perform device demonstrations in clinical settings, including hospitals and healthcare facilities, once fully trained.
  • Flexibility to work outside core hours to accommodate meetings, including evening appointments when necessary
  
The Candidate:
  • 3-5 years in a medical sales role, with a proven track record in selling medical products or services. A background in medical sales is essential.
  • Degree or Master's in Medical Science, Dietetics, Biomedical Science, or a related field (desired)
  • Based in London or surrounding areas preferred, but we may consider candidates from other regions for the right individual. Must be willing to travel across the UK for sales appointments and meetings.
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential for travel to meetings across the UK.
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and manage time effectively while working from home.
  • Comfortable working in a new, developing market with the opportunity to grow into new areas
  • Motivated and target-driven, comfortable with cold calling and cold emailing to establish new business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with healthcare professionals and successfully demonstrate product benefits.
