We are pleased to be working with a client who are leaders in their sector - with a strong share of the market. Due to continued success, they are looking for a Sales/ Account Manager to assist in their growth and manage their clients.

- Develop sound understanding of customer needs & activities
- Sales activity to include outbound calls to secure new business
- Pricing and contract negotiation
- foster and maintain robust customer relationships that grow profitable sales
- Understanding competitor activity and market insights
- Proactively managing customer retention
- Increase Client accounts through strong relationship building
- Up to date product and service knowledge
- Experience within a similar Sales/ Account Management role
- Happy to do outbound calls to clients and comfortable on the phone
- Hands on & can do attitude with the drive to succeed
- You will be an effective problem solver with excellent prioritising and time management skills.
