Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm
Kirkland Associates are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our clients thriving engineering and manufacturing team.
You will have the opportunity to lead production staff, including machine setters & operators, fabricators, welders, and inspectors.
As the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the workshop, ensuring quality control and maintaining safe working practices.

- Proficiency in fabrication, sheet metal work, TIG and MIG welding
- Experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of production staff
- Ability to manage quality control and inspections, as well as operate equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
