QHSE Manager - The Role:
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing our quality assurance (QA) processes
- Ensure all products meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer.
- Develop, implement and maintain an effective and robust health and safety strategy.
- Promote a culture of health, safety and environmental responsibility across the organisation
- Establish effective communication and consultation for health and safety matters.
- Carry out and maintain company risk assessments and undertake regular internal safety and quality audits
- Responsible for the development and delivery of appropriate QHSE training for employees.
- Manage the organisation’s quality, environmental and continuous improvement management systems.
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Previous work experience within Engineering (Desirable).
