QUALITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

Castle Donington, Leicestershire
 
£40,000 - £45,000 DOE 

Kirkland Associates are delighted to be seeking a QHSE MANAGER with the emphasis on QUALITY for our client based in Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team where you will undertake a wide ranging & challenging role to ensure the highest standards are met at all times. 

The Role:

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing our quality assurance (QA) processes
• Ensure all products meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer.
• Develop, implement and maintain an effective and robust health and safety strategy.
• Promote a culture of health, safety and environmental responsibility across the organisation
• Establish effective communication and consultation for health and safety matters.
• Carry out and maintain company risk assessments and undertake regular internal safety and quality audits
• Responsible for the development and delivery of appropriate QHSE training for employees.
• Manage the organisation’s quality, environmental and continuous improvement management systems.

The Candidate:

• NEBOSH General Certificate.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 & 45001.
