HR Advisor - The Role:
Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business.
Assist with career opportunities across the business, recruitment, and arranging pre-screening/assessments/interviews.
Liaise with hiring managers to organise inductions, produce induction packs, and ensure all necessary documentation is received.
Check right to work and other documentation applicable to the specific role
Update and maintain accurate employee and leaver records.
Update and maintain accurate attendance and probation records.
Produce HR letters and undertake general administrative tasks such as scanning, running reports and uploading documents onto the HR database.
Support managers in disciplinary and grievance hearings.
Adhere to GDPR regulations.
HR Advisor - The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with previous HR experience who has good knowledge of general HR policies and procedures.
You will be a strong communicator, able to multitask effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues.
