Job Description

Our client, based in Castle Donington, are looking for Customer Service professional to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The vacancy would suit someone who has some help desk or similar customer service experience.
You will work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, on rotation. 
Week 1 - 8am-4pm
Week 2 - 9am-5pm
Week 3 - 10am-6pm
Customer Service Advisor – The Vacancy
  • To respond to all calls, emails, internet and text enquiries within the agreed time scales, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Log all tickets correct and ensure all SLA agreements are met within set timescales
  • To help and support customers. Taking time to ensure the customer's needs are met and strive to exceed customer's expectation levels through great service and to champion and promote all services offered to our customers.
  • Utilise all internal services available to assist in delivering an exceptional customer service.
  • To respond to customers' enquiries and complaints, resolving efficiently and escalating within agreed procedures.
  • To complete all paperwork accurately, on time complying with company procedure.
Customer Service Administrator – The Candidate:
  • Experience within a Customer Service role is essential along with excellent communication skills
  • A passion for delivering an excellent level of service and willingness to go the extra mile for clients
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • You must be well organised and able to juggle multiple priorities at any one time
  • The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and proactive and a strong team player
