Customer Service Advisor – The Job
  • Process customer bookings and liaise internally with various departments to ensure the process runs smoothly
  • Providing exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and resolve any customer issues
  • General administrative duties
  • Coordinate customer deliveries and collections
Customer Service Advisor – The Candidate
  • Experience within a similar Customer Service Admin role 
  • The ability to prioritise your workload efficiently and complete work to a high standard within a strict deadline
  • Good eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good team player
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
