Full Job Description
Key duties will include:
  • Managing a busy inbox of customer enquiries. 
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to a busy team of engineers and claims handlers. 
  • Keeping the customer database accurate and up to date. 
  • Taking phone calls, answering queries and passing to the relevant person. 
  • Chasing information from customers and engineers. 
  • Arranging Engineer appointments
The Candidate:
  • We are looking for a competent administrator with excellent customer service skills.
  • You must have good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with the ability to work to deadlines is really important.
  • You will have confident IT skills, particularly Excel.
