Job Description

Our client, based in Loughborough, are looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team. You will be ensuring the smooth operational coordination and delivery of their key accounts. They are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, who will put their customers at the heart of everything they do.

Administrator – The Job

  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external customers.  Always deliver excellent customer service ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Liaise with third parties to gain information and help resolve customer issues
  • Work in partnership with suppliers to ensure that parts arrive in time to meet deadlines
  • Maintain / update the IT system database accurately
  • Raise invoices and deal with any relevant queries
  • Chase customers for Purchase orders
  • Ensure terms of SLAs are met
Administrator – The Candidate
  • ·Experience working within a customer focused administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work without Supervision
  • Excellent time management skills and used to working to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation Skills with the ability to multitask and manage a heavy workload
