Administrator - Immediate Start New

 
Our well-established client are looking for an administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. Our client offers a fantastic working environment with structured ongoing training and excellent benefits.
This role would suit candidates who are already working in an admin role or face- face customer service position looking to get into an office environment
 
Salary - £20k
 
Administrator – The Job Role
 
· Communicates with internal customers in a clear, professional, and articulate manner, mainly by telephone but also via email. Ensures that data input, quality and compliance standards are always upheld. Supports the sales operation by accurately completing price requests in a timely manner and follows the differing prescribed processes by supplier.
· Sales order processing and providing quotes for the sales team
· Able to produce invoicing for both internal and external purposes
· Be the point of contact for supplier-liaison for processing sales contracts and updating/amending pricing functionality. Also, being the central point of contact to answer/resolve basic sales queries
· Attend work as scheduled and follows company absence reporting requirements.
 
Administrator – The Candidate
 
· Fantastic attention to detail and accuracy
· Utilises strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Software, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
· Exceptional analytical skills
· Excellent skills in MS Office in specific MS Excel
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Demonstrate the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry
· An ability to work to tight deadlines, working under pressure to exceed both internal and external expectations
