Job Description

Our client is a multi-site firm in Nottinghamshire. They are looking for a Legal Secretary to provide support across departments in Newark on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will also provide an extra pair of hands on Reception.

Salary for this role is dependent on experience.

You will provide secretarial and administrative support across the office with duties including meeting and greeting clients, managing diairies, liaising with clients and third parties, and drafting correspondence.

You will ideally have experience as a Legal Secretary, good communication skills and a positive approach to work. You will need decent typing skills and client care skills.
