Job Description

Our client is a reputable, friendly firm based in Coventry. They're looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property department on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team through duties including:
Commercial Property Legal Secretary – The Job Role

Audio typing documents and correspondence
Recording all client and matter details on the case management system,
Setting up new files
Ensuring details are kept up-to-date
Making appointments and maintaining the diary for the fee earner
To attend clients both in person and on the telephone in a professional and friendly manner.
Office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying etc.

Commercial Property Legal Secretary- The Candidate:

· Previous experience in Commercial Property
· Good typing skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· IT Literate including Outlook
· Able to work as part of a team
· Takes a proactive approach to complete tasks
