Our client is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Conveyancing department in Mansfield. The firm are able to provide support in the professional development of the right candidate.

Conveyancing Assistant – The Role 
  • Responsible for assisting with all aspects of the conveyancing process
  • Opening, closing, checking files and preparing contract documentation.
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis to answer any queries or give progress reports
  • Conducting searches and completing legal documentation
  • Assisting with exchanges and completions
  • Assisting with preparation of bills, statements and requesting cheques.
Conveyancing Assistant – The Candidate
  • Previous conveyancing experience, to include Conveyancing assistant or Paralegal.
  • Previous experience using case management system as well as MS Office systems.
  • Team player with good conveyancing file administration, IT and communication skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of the conveyancing processes.
  • Able to work independently under supervision at times.
  • Highly organised and reliable.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and confident individual.
