Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Import Clerk to join our client who are leaders in their field. You will be dealing with ocean imports and must have experience in Customs. This role is based in Derby.
£30,000-£33,000
Hybrid working on completion of successful probation period.

The Role:
- Covering mainly Ocean imports but also air and road.
- Providing excellent customer service to customers over the phone and via email
- Ensure shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Processing import and export bookings
- Booking in collections and deliveries
- Oversee customs documentation and regulations
- You must have experience in customs
- Experinece in Ocean Imports/Exports
- You must have an understanding of documentation involved in international shipping
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to juggle a busy workload
