Field Technical Support

Kirkland Associates are working on an exciting new unique opportunity.  Our client is a young, vibrant, and international company playing a leading role in their industry.  They work with state-of-the-art tech and offer a great company culture! Our client will provide full product training, but are looking for someone who has worked in a similar technician role. You will be based in the East Midlands but must be willing to travel across the country.

Salary: £30,000 + bonus

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role:

You will be providing technical assistance and advice to customers using a ticket system, emails and calls. You will be required to travel to customer sites to repair their devices, as well as maintaining and repairing company devices. You will also help train customers on how to use and maintain their devices. 

About you... 

• Experinece in a technical support role 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Full driving license is essential 
• Able to travel across the UK
• Able to work well under pressure 
• Microsoft Office software experience
