My client are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their team to cover a period of maternity leave. 

This is a part-time role for 22.5 hours per week (flexible). 

Marketing Coordinator - The Role:

This role is responsible for providing assistance & support required by Marketing Manager to achieve the successful completion of marketing objectives. This involves responsibility covering campaign creation, event management, PR, lead and opportunity generation, qualification and
updating databases, monitoring campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities:

 Campaign Management & Creation including;
o Planning
o Production logistics
o Target list selection
o Delivery using (email)
o Tracking and ROI analysis.
o Create campaigns (specialising within P2P)
 Event Management including identification of suitable / target events, logistics and administration,
collateral management and production
 Lead distribution – Ensure incoming sales responses and leads are distributed to the relevant resource to
be followed up.
 Video and graphic creation and editing using Camtasia and Canva
 Web content management internal (Intranet/Community Hub) and external (Internet/Website).
 Template creation, modification and proof reading of marketing collaterals.
 Public Relations – source, write and distribute new business/corporate press releases and case studies.
 Marketing support to sales team.
o Campaign updates and notifications
o Collateral retrieval
 Database management including data imports, updating data entry of new customer/prospects and
change of details of existing customer information.
 Database list management including importing and data cleaning.
 Ensuring sales teams are kept informed with all marketing campaigns undertaken.
 Management and maintenance of the marketing electronic filing systems.
 Social media posts to company channels to support campaigns and other activity

Marketing Coordinator - The Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 12 months experience in a similar role and 5+ GCSEs grade A-C including Maths and English.
