Machine Shop ManagerSandiacre, Derbyshire
37 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Kirkland Associates are seeking an experienced manager within a factory, manufacturing or engineering environment to join our clients team. Based in Derbyshire close to Nottingham, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving machine shop operations as well as motivating the machine shop team.
Machine Shop Manager - The role:
- Oversee & optimize machine shop processes
- Support & manage a machine shop team
- Ensure all equipment & facilities are maintained and operated safely
- Share your expertise and develop/mentor junior engineers
Machine Shop Manager - The candidate:
- Experienced in a similar role as a manager
- Proven ability to lead & motivate a team
- Experienced machinist - CNC Milling & Turning
- Strong attention to detail
