Job Description

My client are a World leader in their field. They are seeking an Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Project Coordinator - The Role 

  • To ensure that every project is completed within the budget and timescales that are assigned to each project.
  • Ensure the customer and all relevant internal and external parties are fully informed about the plan and every stage of the process
  • Liaise with factories to and ensure test materials and tools are sent in advance.
  •  Make sure transport / offloading resource is booked in advance, within budget and notification of deliveries are sent for every delivery.
Project Coordinator - The Candidate 

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident using Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience dealing with imports and exports (desirable)
  • Able to multitask
