We are currently recruiting for a market leading client based in Castle Donington. They are looking for someone to join their Customer Service team who will deliver a first-class service to their customers.

Customer Service Advisor – The Role:
  • Assisting the customer from start to finish and being their first point of contact.
  • Assist the Head of Customer Service and the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day business and customer requirements
  • Ensure accuracy of all customer details and all communication is correctly recorded on the systems.
  • Manage customer expectations and take ownership of queries.
  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
Customer Service Advisor – The Candidate:
