Job Description

Our client, based in Castle Donington, are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team. You will be ensuring the smooth operational coordination and delivery of their key accounts. They are ideally looking for someone with experience is a similar role, is passionate about customer service and a pro-active thinker. 

Up to £24,000 depending on experience.
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
24 days holiday + bank holidays.

Customer Service Coordinator – The Role:
  • Providing quotations and processing orders on the system
  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Ensuring service levels and customer service standards are maintained to the highest level
  • Liaising with delivery companies and preparing export documentation
  • Resolving any issues that arise and keeping the customer up to date
  • Working closely with internal departments
Customer Service Coordinator – The Candidate:
