An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our rapidly expanding client based in Ilkeston.  This role is working for a family run business who are leaders within their field, the role position sits within a welcoming team who are highly experienced and supportive.

Customer Service Administrator - The Role

This is an extremely varied and busy role and is a good mix of Customer Service and Administration.  In this role you will manage all customer facing communications and queries and deliver first class service to B2B and B2C customers.
You will be involved in processing orders, updating internal databases, dealing with customers queries, liaising internally with various departments, and investigating customer issues.

Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate

Our client is looking for someone with a can do attitude who is able to multi task a busy workload.  You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with the ability to solve problems, a willingness to learn and to work as part of a close team.
You will be computer literate with knowledge of MS office.  This position requires great attention to detail and organisational skills.
