Customer Service Administrator 

Kirkland Associates have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client in Derby. This is a full time, permanent position. 

Customer Service Administrator - The Role 
  • Maintain and update customer database
  • Monitor stock levels
  • Carry out general receptionist duties
  • Receive and process customer orders 
  • Process sales orders and update delivery status using online systems 
  • First point of contact for customers via telephone and face to face 
  • Communicate with customers with order updates 
  • Taking online payments 

Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate
  • GCSE in English and Maths C grade 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • IT Literate - including Microsoft packages 
  • Strong attention to detail
