Job Description

Our leading client, based in Derby, are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their Finance team. They are looking for someone who is highly flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be handling the processing of weekly commission payments, dealing with commission enquiries and general commission duties. Our client are flexible on previous experience as full training will be given.

Admin Assistant – The Role:
  • Processing and reconciling commission payments including weekly imports of commission statements.
  • Data entry
  • Dealing with e-mail banking queries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handling telephone queries in a professional manner
  • Dealing with various Insurance Providers on a day-to-day basis
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks and covering holidays as and when required
Admin Assistant – The Candidate:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Accurate Numeracy skills and competent using Excel formulas
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Have good attention to detail and be well organised
