Job Description

Due to an exciting period of growth, my client are seeking an Accounts Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to their accounts and sales teams. 
 
This is a busy and varied role giving the successful candidate to be an integral part of business operations.

The Role:
  • Invoice Management: Ensuring that invoices are issued on time and posted to customer
    portals
  • Billing Events: Collating information for billing to month end deadlines
  • Purchase order: Resolving customer queries and chasing new purchase orders
  • Collections: Contacting clients regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment plans,
    and resolving disputes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable, payment histories,
    and communication with clients.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on collections activities, outstanding debts, and
    payment trends to management.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Sales and the Accounts team to address customer
    issues and improve processes.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies regarding
    credit management and collections.
  • Be able to support the Finance Team when other members are on holiday
  • Providing support to the sales and customer service teams; answering enquiries, liaising with stakeholders. 
  • Coordinating and scheduling of meetings
  • Support the sales team in creation of sales proposals
  • Support the sales manager in terms of report generation
The Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional who is willing and able to have a flexible approach and support across business functions. 
You will have:
  • AAT or equivalent 
  • Experience using accountancy software
  • Previous experience in an accounts role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking.
