Customer Success Executive - Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for engaging with customers providing an aftercare service making sure customers needs are met by providing additional coaching and guidance throughout.
  • Answering customer queries and escalating as necessary to the appropriate department
  • Proactively suggest improvements and solutions to customers
  • Update the CRM system with customer feedback and information
  • Liaise regularly with customers to ensure they are getting full optimisation of the software
  • Build long term relationships with customers
  • Build business plans with customers long term
Customer Success Executive - The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage relationships
  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • IT Literate- Microsoft Office
  • Technically minded and an interest in IT would be advantageous
You must be able to drive and have transport to be considered for this role.
