The Role:
- Coach, support and mentor a small customer service team
- Work alongside the customer service team and be first point of contact for customers
- Keep clients up to date on stock levels and delivery times
- Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
- Liaise with suppliers and couriers to resolve issues and build relationships
- Deal with onboarding, absences and training.
- Experience in a similar customer service management role
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Organised and able to juggle a busy workload
- Flexibility to work 1 Sunday a month
