Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our client based in Burton. You will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external customers and processing their orders. This role is maternity cover for 1 year.

£26,000-£30,000
1 year FTC
25 days holiday + stat

The Role:

Process orders and oversee the whole process
Support the sales team with preparation of contracts
Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Liaise with stock team to check availability of products
Deal with and resolve customer queries
General administration

The Candidate:

Excellent customer service skills
Office based experience
Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role
Strong organisational skills
Strong IT skills
Confident telephone manner
