Job Description

We have a really exciting opportunity to join our Nottingham based client as a Customer Service Manager. The role will initally start as a Team Leader role whilst you learn the business and will progress into a Manager role after 6 months. This is a fantastic time to join them as they are going through a period of growth. Our client can offer full training and a modern and supportive work environment and long term progression.

£30,000 - £38,000

Office based, Monday-Friday 9-5 

The Role:
  • Coach, support and mentor a small customer service team
  • Work alongside the customer service team and be first point of contact for customers.
  • Keep clients up to date on stock levels and delivery times.
  • Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with suppliers and couriers to resolve issues and build relationships.
  • Work with the team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure that issues are resolved within the given timeframe 
  • Deal with onboarding, absences and training.
  • Work with the team to improve efficiciency thorough coaching and mentoring.
The Candidate: 
  • Experience in a similar customer service team leader, senior customer service or management role 
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Happy to do the customer service role 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Organised and able to juggle a busy workload
  • Flexibility to work 1 Sunday a month
