We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in Mansfield. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Location: Mansfield Salary: £25,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, friendly, and helpful assistance with all enquiries.
Handle customer inquiries related to repairs, maintenance, and service bookings, ensuring clear communication and accurate information is provided.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring that solutions are found quickly and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide customers with updates on the status of their service requests, breakdowns, and any ongoing issues, keeping them informed and reassured.
Work closely with the customer support team to ensure smooth resolution of any customer cases, ensuring all information is shared and acted upon promptly.
Handle customer feedback, both positive and negative, and ensure it is recorded and acted upon.
Follow up with customers after their service has been completed to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
The Candidate:
Availability to work a shift pattern, providing flexibility to meet business needs.
A strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering excellent support and solutions to customers.
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a contact centre or service-based environment.
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and efficiently.
