We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Loughborough based client. The ideal candidate will have office-based customer service experience and will be confident liaising with customer and third parties via the phone and email. This is a great opportunity to join a leading company who can offer long term support and progression.Salary: £25,000
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
Customer Service Advisor - The Role
- Liaise via email and telephone with customers, clients and third parties
- Liaise with garages to arrange repairs and MOTs
- Schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer incoming calls promptly
- Communicate clearly with other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner

- Professional telephone manner
- Experience in an office based customer service position.

- Excellent IT skills
