We have a great opportunity for an experienced customer service individual to join our clients based in Loughborough. This is a full time, permanant role based in the office.Salary: £25,000
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
Customer Service Advisor - The Role
- Liaise via email and telephone with customers, clients and third parties
- Liaise with garages to arrange repairs and MOTs
- Schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer incoming calls promptly
- Communicate clearly with other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Professional telephone manner
- Experinece in a similar position
- Customer service experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Organised
- Excellent attention to detail
