Our Derby based client are looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
  
Monday-Friday
Up to £25,000
  
The Role:
  • Resolve customer enquiries from help-desk tickets
  • General administrative and data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service via the phone and email
  • Provide prompt responses and technical support
  • Process Insurance documents
The Candidate:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Admin experience
  • Strong IT experience including Microsoft packages
  • Good customer service skills
  • Professional and strong work ethic
