Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Advisor Advisors to join our clients brand new contact centre based in Alfreton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are going through an exciting period of growth and can over long term training and progression.
You will be working 4 days on and 4 days off.
£25,000
You must be able to work the following shifts: 6am-5pm and 1pm-12am

The Role:
- You will be the first point of contact for all customers
- Liaising with suppliers to book repairs and arrange call outs
- Dealing with emergency breakdowns and coordinating the recovery and repair works
- Identify services required for warranty
- Provide excellent customer service and manage individual cases from start to finish.
- You must be willing to work 4 days on 4 days off.
- You must have excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a contact centre or fleet industry
- Willing to learn and develop skillset
