    My client are a thriving family run business. Due to expansion, they are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly customer service team. 
     
    This is a great opportunity to join a successful and longstanding business in a non call centre environment.
     
    Responsibilities
     
    • Support the culture of customer excellence and continuous improvement within the department
    • Resolve and respond to customer queries by email or telephone
    • Work with colleagues to achieve targets within the department
    • Support the workflow within the business by sharing knowledge with other departments
    • Process tasks to ensure proficient customer service
    • Keep up to date with company documentation pertaining to customer service department activities
    • Performing additional duties where needed
     
     
    The Candidate: 
    • A wealth of experience within a Customer Service focused environment
    • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft packages
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
    • Confident dealing with high volume enquiries and working to time constraints
    • Ability to prioritise workload of your own, while remaining mindful of any pressure within the wider team
    • A productive and kind team player
