Salary: £20-22k

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am – 1.00pm

Customer Service Administrator - The Role
  • First point of contact for customers face to face and via the phone
  • Obtain quotations and raise purchase requisitions
  • Schedule meetings
  • Liaise with external departments
  • Work in line with company procedures and policies
Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate
  • Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
