Job Description

Our Alfreton based client are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join them on a permanant basis. Experience within a call centre or within the motor industry would be beneficial. You will be working 4 days on and 4 days off.  As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: Alfreton
Salary: £25,000 
4 shifts on 4 shifts off, 6am-5pm / 1pm-12am

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and ensure all information is noted 
  • Handle customer inquiries related to repairs, maintenance, and service bookings, ensuring clear communication and accurate information is provided.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring that solutions are found quickly and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customers with updates on the status of their service requests, breakdowns, and any ongoing issues, keeping them informed and reassured.
The Candidate:
  • Availability to work 4 days on and 4 days off, providing flexibility to meet business needs.
  • A strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering excellent support and solutions to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a contact centre or service-based environment.
