Job Description

Our market leading client are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams. Our client provides bespoke products tailored to customer specifications. They take pride in delivering high-quality, customised solutions with excellent service. 

Monday-Friday, Office based.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via the phone and email.
  • Process orders in SAP, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Provide accurate quotations to customers 
  • Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams.
  • Provide order updates and handle modifications.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Use CAD software to produce drawings for customers
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or order processing, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in SAP and CAD desirable but not essential
