- Provide excellent customer service via the phone and email.
- Process orders in SAP, ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide accurate quotations to customers
- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams.
- Provide order updates and handle modifications.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Use CAD software to produce drawings for customers
- Experience in customer service or order processing, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in SAP and CAD desirable but not essential
