Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide support to their Customer Service team on a full-time, permanent basis in NG15.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and takes pride in their work. Duties include managing incoming calls and enquiries, processing sales orders, distributing invoices, and providing sales quotes for both service and parts.

The successful candidate will work well within a small, outgoing team, demonstrate flexibility well, have strong communication skills, work using their own initiative and have a positive attitude to work. Experience using Excel and SAP is advantageous too.
