Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a customer service/ sales candidate to join our Nottingham based client on a full time, permanent basis. Our client can provide lots of progression, so they are looking for driven and confident candidates.

Monday-Friday
£22,000-£25,000
Monthly bonus

You will be confident calling new and existing customers and working towards sales targets. You will also provide excellent customer service for all customers, including aftersales support.

Customer Service Administrator - The Role

Responding to sales enquires and dealing with price enquiries.
Calling new and existing clients to generate new business
Providing quotations
Processing new accounts
Aftersales customer support
Solving customer queries and providing an efficient solution
Liaise with colleagues to make sure the sales department runs effectively

Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate

Confident and professional telephone manner
Happy to make calls
No sales experience needed
Customer service experience
Good organisational skills
Ability to work as a team and individually
Can work in a fast paced environment
Keen to progress
