Salary: £21,000 (rising after probation)

Monday-Friday 9-5

Customer Service Advisor - The Role:

Manage customer and client enquires via the phone and email
Process orders
Provide excellent customer service
Update database accordingly
Ad hoc administration
Liaise with various departments and third party organisations
Follow up customer orders and issues.

Able to juggle busy workload
