My client are a long established and market leading business based in Coalville. They are seeking a bubbly and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Customer Service Administrator – The Role
Acting as the main point of contact for business customers, you will answer all product enquiries and queries regarding stock, product information, returns and deliveries, over the phone and on email
You will liaise with all internal departments to ensure the customer needs are met, including accounts, sales and warehouse.

Customer Service Administrator – The Candidate:
