You support customers through their order process, keeping them up to date throughout. You will have excellent communication skills and have experinece working in a similar role.

- Keeping customers up to date on product availability
- Providing accurate and updated quotes
- Keeping track of delivery and lead times
- Processing invoices and asking any relevant queries
- General admin
- Experience in a similar customer service/ sales admin/ sales support role
- Friendly and reliable
- Team player
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages
- Able to work to deadlines
